About Kristen Hicks-Roof

Kristen Hicks-Roof is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of North Florida. Her research interest is focused on developing and analyzing the impact of online nutrition education courses for healthcare professionals. Dr. Hicks is passionate about improving communication between practitioner and patient by providing easily accessible online educational offerings. She has published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at scientific conferences nationwide.
