Abstract
This instrument was developed to collect and evaluate outcomes on BLS response and performance. Use of this instrument required annual inter-rater reliability training. This was used on all nursing units quarterly each shift in an urban level 1 hospital. The data collected was documented and evaluated for trends and compared to actual cardiac arrest outcomes.
