Abstract
Strengthening your brand begins with maximizing the organization’s performance by investing in, and motivating the human capital. This requires intentional action, should occur on a daily basis, and have a connection to the company culture, in my opinion. Also, engaging employees provide them with confirmation that you value them, hence, promoting productivity so it’s a win-win for all. As a company grows, human resource departments may depend on their company’s leadership to foster employee engagement or to manage it through their understanding of the company's culture.
