About Kimberly V. Legocki

Kimberly V. Legocki spent 20 years working for Piper Aircraft, Regal-Beloit, ATP Software, and JohnsonDiversey (SC Johnson) before obtaining her doctorate from the AACSB-accredited Grenoble Ecole de Management. Her research focuses on reputation-damaging issues, such as boycotts, consumer activism, brand transgressions, and digital vigilantism, that she encountered as a marketing professional. Kimberly's research has been published in the Journal of Public Policy and Marketing, Journal of Consumer Marketing, and Journal of Marketing Management. Her new marketing textbook, co-authored with Dexter Purnell (University of North Texas), Retail Marketing: Managing for Fast-Changing Consumer Demands, Technology, and Trends, is now available from Kendall Hunt Publishing.
