Abstract
Continuing education is required to maintain both New York state licensure and NBCOT certification; however, the regulations regarding approved educational activities differs between the two agencies. There are significant differences in the regulations for earning continuing education units (CEUs) for the supervision of fieldwork students. New York state regulations are stringent and can be confusing.

In this workshop, you will learn how to earn and document CEUs related to supervision of Level I and Level II fieldwork students for New York state and NBCOT. You will develop your own professional development plan and create a tracking system for fieldwork supervision for continuing education.
