Abstract

Panel's goals are to provide a forum to discuss: •The necessary levels of funding for colleges to maintain quality to achieve and keep accreditation • The ways that colleges may be able to use available resources to increase productivity while maintaining quality in the face of declining public financial support for higher education • The ways student financial support can be increased given the annual increase in the levels of tuition and fees students are facing
