About Kevin K.W. Ho

Kevin K.W. Ho is a native Hongkonger. He moved to Guam (US Territory) in 2009 to take up an academic appointment at the University of Guam. He earned his Ph.D. in information systems from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in 2008 and is an ICIS 2006 Doctoral Consortium Fellow. He is currently an associate professor in management information systems (MIS) at the University of Guam and is an adjunct faculty at the Upper Iowa University (Hong Kong Campus). His research interests include electronic service (e-service), social media, and electronic government. He published ten journal articles (nine in MIS and one in Chemistry), five book chapters, and seventeen conference papers so far.
Before joining the academia, Kevin had been working for the Hong Kong Government for more than fifteen years as an executive officer.
