About Kevin Gallagher

Kevin Gallagher has over 20 years of experience in business, including managing and consulting, in addition to his work in academia.  He is constantly exploring opportunities to collaborate with the business community, bringing real-world cases to the classroom and his expertise to industry. Kevin teaches executives, masters, and undergraduate students in traditional classroom settings, as well as through presentation at industry and academic conferences, sharing his knowledge on such topics as:

Organizational change 
Business agility 
Leadership 

Prior to his career in academia, Kevin worked for several corporations in Cleveland, Ohio.  He managed process and system reengineering efforts while working for Progressive Insurance, consulted with Cap Gemini America, instituted quality assurance for TMW System Solutions and process improvements for Leaseway Transportation. 

Subsequently, Kevin earned a Ph.D. from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.  His dissertation investigated organization agility. Early in his career, Kevin earned a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University.  He also completed a Masters of Science degree from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He was formally a faculty member in the College of Business at Florida State University.
