About Kenneth Johnson

Results-oriented board certified osteopathic obstetric and gynecologic physician with background and experience in education in the areas of obstetrics and gynecology, public health, research, osteopathic and medical subjects in a multidisciplinary environment; as co-investigator in a federally-funded, multi-site grant and principal investigator in clinical trials; authoring and presenting research findings in quality journals and at key conferences; managing treatment for obstetric and gynecologic patients in a teaching environment; serving community, educational and professional organizations; and administering a Women’s Health Center. Goals include establishing a Center of Excellence for Women’s Health with a national reputation for women’s health research; developing an Obstetric and Gynecologic Procedures Institute; obtaining major federal research funding particularly for Fetal Alcohol Syndrome; enhancing wellness for women and children at the national level; continuing to expand opportunities for academic and clinical education; and writing and presenting.
