About Kelly J. Bozanic

Kelly Joy Bozanic is a Research Fellow at Penn State's Dickinson School of Law. Her scholarship applies economic analysis to the law governing personal estate planning with a substantive focus on insurance law, property, trust and estates, bankruptcy, and taxation. Ms. Bozanic teaches insurance law and the property and contracts segments of Penn State Law’s bar review course. She is licensed to practice in California.
Outside of the Law School, Ms. Bozanic is involved with the American College of Bankruptcy as an alumna of their Distinguished Scholar program. Previously, Ms. Bozanic spent several years working in an estate planning firm and in real property management. She integrates these industry experiences through her scholarship and teaching.
She is a summa cum laude graduate of Penn State Law, where she was an editor of the Penn State Law Review.
