Kelly Best is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a Masters degree in Business Administration and B.S. in Career and Technical Education. She is currently attending the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana pursuing a PhD in Human Resource Development. The HRD program specializes in individual and organizational performance within the framework of learning and development in the workplace. Before coming to Eastern, Kelly was the training manager for a software company in Phoenix, Arizona and Chicago, Illinois.
