Abstract
In my youth, someone I respected told me a leader is a person who is honest, progressive, knowledgeable, and inspiring. In my own leadership behavior, I strive to embody all of these traits. Likewise, the individuals I have viewed as my mentors have also demonstrated these same traits in their leadership behavior.
