Abstract
The nature of the work world has become increasingly global and law libraries are not exempt from this growing trend. Many of our work environments are incorporating or introducing aspects of a virtual team. With the virtual team environment, we must address new challenges and approaches to our leadership roles for team development. There are variations of virtual teams. This webinar will address virtual team leadership and the nuances of different types of virtual teams.
