Spring Cleaning Your Data: Clearing Out the Clutter
AALL Spectrum (2022)
  • Kathleen (Katie) Brown, Charleston School of Law
Abstract
Library teams employ data-driven decision making to plan for, manage, and achieve outcomes with the intended goal of implementing future services, initiatives, and programs. When analyzed properly, data can demonstrate how their libraries comply with budgetary requirements, time constraints, and American Bar Association (ABA) standards. But often, the data does not come in a form that allows teams to achieve these objectives.
