Abstract
Recognition of the need to create an improved voice and space for underrepresented populations within the archives is increasing, and institutions are using various programming efforts to help people see themselves reflected in archival collections. Products from these efforts range from exhibits, to oral histories, to works of art. Presenters will discuss how teamwork and trust are two of the most important factors to success in this work.
