About Katie Toon

OT Background: Oncology and lymphedema management with an emphasis on Women's Health.

Program Advice: Trust the process. There will be bumps along the way and there's no way to be perfect. Accepting feedback and applying constructive criticism is the best way to make the most of the OTA Program and grow as a professional. Communicate as much as you can with anyone who is teaching you. It can be scary and hard to ask for help, but do so as much as you need to. Trust that everyone in the OTA Program is working hard to help you achieve your goals and want to see you become the best COTA possible.
