Queensland: A return to the moonlight state?

Abstract
A number of Acts have recently been passed in Queensland seriously eroding civil liberties. This article examines this recent legislation to identify the regressive nature of its provisions and how its passage represents the ongoing domination of a culture of governance at odds with foundational principles of good government and the rule of law.
