English Abstract: To help countries attract sustainable FDI, the authors suggest to create the category "Authorized Sustainable Investor". They outline the qualifying criteria, as well as the additional benefits that would make it worthwhile for investors to seek this status.
Chinese Abstract: 为了帮助各国吸引可持续的FDI，作者建议创建“合格可持续投资者”制度。制度设计需明确规定合格标准，并确保可持续投资者获得足够的额外收益，以激励投资者为符合这一目标而努力。
