This book focuses on the teaching of meaningful, significant, and useful mathematics using an integrated approach, which will enable students to view ideas from more than one perspective and use a variety of tools and approaches in trying to understand new topics or solve problems. It helps educators of all levels to understand the nature of teaching mathematics in this approach and guides them as they plan, implement, and assess curricula for integrated mathematics.
