Abstract
Extract: Exercise for Frail Elders seeks to describe a rationale for the safe and effective prescription of exercise for older adults who are frailer than the target of most other books in this area. The authors of this text are experienced exercise and recreational therapist professionals who have trained other exercise professionals and authored other books on health and wellness for older adults. Although the authors are American, the material is still very relevant to health professionals in Australasia.
