About Justin Fults

In his incomparable work, Man's Search for Meaning, Viktor E. Frankl provides a small yet powerful recommendation:
“Don't aim at success. The more you aim at it and make it a target, the more you are going to miss it. For success, like happiness, cannot be pursued; it must ensue, and it only does so as the unintended side effect of one's personal dedication to a cause greater than oneself or as the by-product of one's surrender to a person other than oneself."
This explains the motive driving my professional journey. During the course of the past 16 years, I have assumed numerous roles:
IT Consultant & Business Analyst
College & High School Football Coach
School Counselor
School Administrator
A diverse collection for sure, but clearly evolving over time. Each providing a set of personal experiences that has commanded me to listen closely to my conscience. The journey continues everyday as I attempt to hone in on how I can best influence a positive and significant impact on the lives of others. Each of us has a unique story; a path that we create for ourselves. As I create mine, I choose to believe that I am "wearing a path" towards making a difference in the lives of others. I am not sure where the path leads, but I know there is purpose in the journey.
