Description

Certain stories of our discipline have been over/underrepresented in graduate study at the expense of an inclusive picture our profession. This presentation shares findings from a CCCC Research Initiative study on new faculty, specifically the disciplinary commonplaces that new faculty experience when transitioning out of graduate programs and into the professoriate.
