About Julie Oyer

Julie Oyer is the Grants Project and Scholars Day Coordinator at The College at Brockport. Her current work includes strategic planning for academic research events, digital journals, internal grants programs, and coaching experienced and novice writers in communicating their research passions through scholarly and creative writing. Additionally, she is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of English at Brockport as part of the college's Composition program.

Jules' research interests vary from academic research best practices to prose poetry to film and society, and on to the intersection of faith and fiction, 20th century American literature in particular.
