Dr. Judy Jeng is an experienced librarian, educator, digital library evaluation consultant, and usability expert. She is currently a New Jersey community representative for the Digital Public Library of America. She specializes in usability testing. Dr. Jeng has taught cataloging, advanced cataloging, and information retrieval at several institutions.
