About Jonathan Singleton, Ph.D.

Jon Singleton is an associate professor and chair of the English department at Harding University, a Christian liberal arts college in Searcy, Arkansas. His work and teaching seek a deeply-rooted faith, with and for the world outside of religious circles, that is nourished by literature, philosophy, and the arts. He also serves in the summers as director of Camp Hunt, a Christian youth camp in upstate New York. Jon, his wife Julie, and their three kids Lydia, James, and Michael live in Searcy, Arkansas.
