About Joyce S. Osland

Dr. Joyce S. Osland is an Emerita Professor in the School of Global Innovation and Leadership and former Executive Director of the Global Leadership Advancement Center at San Jose State University. Dr. Osland is a specialist in international management, with a focus on Latin America, global leadership, women's leadership and expatriates. She has extensive experience as an OD consultant and is also known for her work in experiential teaching. Her current research interests are global leadership, intercultural experts, and repatriate knowledge transfer.
