About Joy Semien
Joy Semien is an alumni of Dillard University (BS: Biology, Chemistry Minor), Texas Southern University (MS: Urban Planning and Environmental Policy), and a current graduate student at Texas A & M University (PhD: Urban and Regional Sciences). Joy's research interest are in disaster preparedness, resilience, and community vulnerability reduction.
