About Joy Gianakura

29 years in a higher education, managing individuals including faculty, staff and professional support staff. Taught class in seat and online for 4 institutions as well as serving as a leader in higher education. Earned a terminal degree in higher education administration and leadership.

All individuals have the right to learn and an instructor is a mentor, of sorts for the student. The goal of the instructor is to meet the needs of the students through various channels of communication, delivery of content and assessment with the intent of continuous improvement.
