I am the Dean of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, a Program Director in the Ateneo Center for Continuing Education, a lecturer in the Department of Psychology in the Ateneo School of Social Sciences, and a lecturer in Kyoto University Graduate School of Management, specifically in the Asia Business Leader Programme.

My research areas of interest are leadership, leadership in Asia, leadership in the Phlippines, organizational development, strategy, management, and managing across cultures.
