About Joshua Lander

Joshua Lander, DC, MS, DACNB, CSCS is an Adjunct Professor of Exercise Science in the College of Health Professions at Sacred Heart University. Joshua has experience in the private practice setting and currently operates Lander Sport + Health Sciences, LLC. He was awarded for his service at Ground Zero by the New York Chiropractic Council with the Above and Beyond Award.  Joshua is board certified in strength and conditioning and physiotherapy. He is also a member of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and American Chiropractic Neurology Board diplomate. His professional, scholarly and clinical interests include injuries and sports performance in teen athletes, concussion treatment/rehabilitation, exercise & Parkinson’s Disease management and effects of exercise and movement on brain function.
