We invite you to join the 2nd Virtual Workshop of the IAE Governance and Transparency Center on
THE DARK SIDE OF COMPLIANCE
The idea is to get together virtually and share with Prof. Josephine Nelson her vision
of compliance work and the risks of misuse of compliance programs.
Josephine Nelson is a Professor of Law and Business Ethics at Villanova University
and a Senior Fellow at the Center for Business Ethics at Wharton Business School.

Her vision and experience provide important conceptual and practical support to the
work of Compliance Officers.
