Setting Up Your Concert Percussion Section for Success

Abstract
Often directors try to select repertoire that will engage the entire percussion section. Once the music has been selected, what is the best way to setup the section, both musically and logistically? This session will explore options as they relate to the location of concert percussion instruments and equipment within the section and the band as a whole.
