Abstract
This chapter is a biographical sketch of a school reform leader who teaches street kids around the world discipline, focus, cooperation, collaboration and dance in order to prepare them for success in life and school.  This text explores the complex nature of leadership and seeks to inspire leaders to democratic citizenry and social responsibility.
