Abstract

Last week, our colleague Professor David Barnhizer wrote that Judge James Robart's temporary restraining order, briefly halting President Trump's executive order on immigration, was "irresponsible," "biased," and "an abuse of his judicial power." We disagree, and we believe Professor Barnhizer's arguments exhibit many serious flaws.
