Joe Andre was a Research Associate at the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs, Cleveland State University. He worked with the Levin Chair. His focus is on the tools and methods of applied data analysis relating to urban settings. Prior to his position in the College Joe worked in the Elections Department of the Pierce County Auditor in Washington state. At the Auditor's Office Joe managed the GIS function of the Auditor's Office as well as election pre-certification, vote tabulation, military and overseas voting, and process improvements within the Elections Department. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Master of Science in Urban Studies, both from the Levin College.
