Abstract
On April 15th, 2021, Professor Gabilondo appeared on Telemundo to discuss how Raul Castro’s resignation as First Secretary of the Cuban Communist Party brings the island’s government into compliance with some of the Helms-Burton Act’s requirements for ending the embargo.
