The Unknowable More: Walk, Talk, and Doc
Lilly Faculty Fellows Program
(2022)
Abstract
Paulsell's approach to Ignatian reverence for magis, the unknowable more beyond all human comprehension, is applied to Seton Hall University. Contemplative campus walks, a collegial conversation, and Msgr. Fahy's Presidential Inaugural (1970) help to illustrate the institutional unconscious (Jennings), personify Catholic mission, and commit education to racial justice.
