He presents detailed notes on the vicariate of Tcheng-ting-fou (Zhengding), with names of the clergy and those of the Christian communities in the vicariate. It concludes with a listing of charitable activities carried on by the Church, and the religious communities that worked there: Daughters of Charity, Josephine Sisters, Brothers of Saint Paul, Trappists.
