About John Gardner

John Gardner is a Professor Emeritus of the Department of Mechanical & Biomedical Engineering at Boise State where his research and teaching focuses on the integration and control of energy systems. John lead the Energy Efficiency Research Institute at Idaho's Center for Advanced Energy Studies and was the director of the regional Industrial Assessment Center. His career has spanned over 3 decades and has been at Boise State since 2000. John is a fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineering and has published 2 textbooks, over 60 peer reviewed research papers and 3 patents.
