Abstract
As the aviation industry prepares for NextGen and the ADS-B 2020 mandate, concerns about cybersecurity have increased. This paper proposes a graph-based communication oriented framework and taxonomy that supports the creation of adversarial models, risk mitigation and resiliency plans. ADS-B messaging is used to illustrate the approach.
