Abstract

In this conclusion chapter, the editors develop a set of generalizations about the sustainability of higher education massification within the Asia-Pacific context. These are intended to constitute a conceptually consistent and theoretically useful set of observations and propositions that will allow readers to both better understand the currently situation of higher education massification and to engage in raising questions concerning its likely courses throughout a variety of regional settings in the near future.
