This study aimed to find out the level of effectiveness of Math Score in terms of its learning program as assessed by the Grades V and VI students of Saints Peter and Paul Early Childhood Center.Descriptive Method of research was used. A survey was conducted last March 10, 2015 in the whole population of the Grades V and VI of Saints Peter and Paul Early Childhood Center with a total of 25 students. Questionnaire has two parts and was used to gather data of the level of effectiveness of Math Score in terms of its learning program. Percentage, weighted mean and chi-square were the statistical treatment used in this study.
