Professor Jessica Roth spoke on Bloomberg's Balance of Power about the impeachment process, saying, "What Pelosi is setting up now with this resolution she's bringing to the floor is to make it clear to any witness who would consider not complying with the subpoena because of what is essentially a political argument that the impeachment inquiry has not been authorized by the full house...she's trying to remove that argument."
