About Jess M. Krannich

I am an Adjunct Professor of Law at the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah and a partner at Manning Curtis Bradshaw & Bednar LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. Most of my academic research and writing has dealt with the intersection of a principle of constitutional law and another area of the law (for example, constitutional personhood and corporations). I have also written about legal education reform. I have previously lectured at both the Loyola University Chicago of Law and the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. My private practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation, professional malpractice (accountant liability), products liability, and securities litigation. Prior to joining Manning Curtis Bradshaw & Bednar LLC, I was a partner in the Chicago office of the international law firm Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
