Equations are given which estimate (1) tree height, (2) height to any specified diameter, (3) diameter at any specified height, (4) bole area of any section of stem, and (5) volume of any section of stem, for plantation thinnings of slash pine (Pinus elliottii Engelm. var. elliottii), given only d.b.h. and stand predominant height. These have been programmed for a programmable calculator (TI 59).
