About Jerome Goldschmidt, MD

Dr. Jerome Goldschmidt obtained a bachelor of arts in German and a minor in chemistry from the University of North Carolina and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. He completed his fellowship in medical oncology at the University of Rochester/Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, New York.  Dr. Goldschmidt has contributed to multiple publications and is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology. He is board certified in medical oncology and internal medicine. 
Dr. Goldschmidt’s interests are cancer survivorship, clinical research and cancer prevention.  He also serves as adjunct faculty at Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine. 
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, reading and hiking.
