About Jenny Liu

Dr. Jenny Liu is Professor of Materials and Pavement Engineering in the department of  Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology. She received Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering (Materials and Pavement Engineering) from Texas A & M University and B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Tongji University.

Dr. Liu is also Director of U.S. DOT Tier 1 Center for Environmentally Sustainable Transportation in Cold Climates (CESTiCC). She was previously Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks.
