Abstract

The article discusses the various needs identified by teacher leaders as areas they should develop for professional learning. It mentions the primary professional learning need of teacher leaders which is the ongoing development of interpersonal skills. It also notes that teacher leaders should perceive learning about innovations as one of their professional learning needs.
