Abstract

To be a philosophic lesbian is to love Sophia, in all her dynamic life-filled contradictions. The lesbian lover of Sophia is immediately mediated, never "natural" yet always intimately in physical nature. Being a lesbian is never stable, solid, or grounded; its status quo is status-less: a free-floating agent of disruptive change and momentous insight.
