Flory was also compiler for the Spring 2008 and 2009 issues of RMS; the first article details the choral-orchestral music and the latter article indexes the choral music of Emma Lou Diemer. Flory has presented technology sessions for the Georgia Music Educators Association (GMEA) and the North Carolina Music Educators Association and other sessions for GMEA on topics such as sight-reading, choral concert programming, contemporary a cappella singing, and contemporary commercial music voice pedagogy.
